I’m so excited for you to open your eyes and mind to what you and your family are capable of in the kitchen! With over 2 decades of cooking in luxury hotels and five-star restaurants, I bring my expertise and love of food to the table to guide you.

I’ve had the pleasure of teaching over 600 students of all ages and families of all sizes during the height of the pandemic and I am on a mission to teach more. 

I understand how cooking quality meals can seem intimidating, but I am here to change the way you think and feel about it.

Hey!

While I'm not the star of the kitchen, I love to bake up a storm and craft some killer cocktails. Working behind the scenes, I make sure all the chef's cameras and tech are running smoothly so you can have more than a zoom cooking class, but the best virtual cooking experience.

We're thrilled to give you the chance to take full advantage of the all the years of relocation, travel and dining we've had around the world. I know you'll enjoy all the menus Raf has planned because my kids and I have tried and tested them for you.

Compliments To The Chef

Funny enough, I didn’t start cooking at a young age. My grandparents were always in the kitchen and despite hating to cook, my grandma’s Cuban sandwiches were THE BEST. One night, I came across a TV infomercial about cooking school and knew that was EXACTLY what I wanted to do.

Armed with a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson and Wales University from my hometown of Miami, I grew an incredibly accomplished career. Most notably, I’ve spent 15 years as an Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel, taking me to properties from New York to Vancouver, Philadelphia, Anguilla in the Caribbean, and Houston. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the most renowned chefs from New York City like David Bouley of Bouley Bakery, Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten of Jean-Georges.

When the pandemic hit, I was furloughed from my full time job, but found a new calling: mentoring. I’ve had the honor to teach over 600 students how to make delicious meals, enhance their kitchen skills, and truly bond with their loved ones at home (or oceans apart) through my virtual culinary experiences. When I see the families of my online students gather around the kitchen and help out, it reminds me of my own childhood, watching my grandparents in the kitchen together.
